Usage: Sanitary Napkins SAP Absorbent Paper is widely used in hygienic products such areas as feminine and baby Hygiene, medical care, industrial cleaning and so on.

 

 

The production process is as follows:          

                                                                                                                                               Firstly, the wood pulp fiber is evenly distributed on the web with the help of a special technic. 

And then a certain proportion of glue or thermoplastic fiber is applied for it. 

Finally, all these ingredients are heated and pressed to become quality airlaid paper. 

 

This material can absorb easily, doing no harm to the environment.So it is called "green" Nonwoven. It's of high absorptivity, especially when mixed with a definite proportion of SAP.

 

 

We can adjust SAP content , weight /sqm ( 80g/m2- 200g/m2 )as your requirements, width70mm-1200mm.
